GetSuperWeb Client Terms

Version: terms-v11. Applies to acceptances from: 13 October 2026.

1. Who we are

1.1 These terms are a contract between:

1.2 Our details:

1.3 Our team runs day-to-day operations and replies to you on our behalf. Your contract is with GetSuperWeb Technology, the establishment licensed under the licence in 1.2.

2. What you are buying

2.1 You are buying a website subscription. We build a website for your business from your own content, put it live on your own .com domain, and host and look after it for as long as your plan is paid. There are two plans: Essential (2.2 and 2.3) and Business (2.4).

2.2 The Essential plan includes:

Design changes are made by us, on request. They are not a self-service editor. After go-live, a design change counts as one edit (section 8).

2.3 Price. Essential costs AED 99 a month on the monthly plan, or AED 990 a year on the annual plan. It includes everything in 2.2, plus 3 edits per 12 months after launch (section 8).

2.4 Business. Business costs AED 149 a month on the monthly plan, or AED 1,490 a year on the annual plan. It includes everything in Essential, plus:

The Business services that apply to you are the ones listed on the offer page you accepted (section 4.1). If we later find that your business qualifies for the Google Business Profile help and your offer page did not list it, we may add it at no extra charge; we never remove a listed service. If a service listed on your offer page is not delivered for a reason that is our responsibility, section 13.2 applies.

2.5 Not included:

The catalogue on your site is limited to 30 items.

2.6 (Reserved.)

3. Prices, billing and payment

3.1 Prices, in UAE dirhams:

PlanMonthly plan (3-month minimum)Annual plan
EssentialAED 99 a monthAED 990 a year
BusinessAED 149 a monthAED 1,490 a year

An extra professional mailbox costs AED 25 a month (section 10.3).

3.2 Minimum term.

3.3 Automatic payments.

3.4 You pay the price shown. The amount you pay is the published price. We add no card, payment or processing surcharge. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and the price is final. There is no payment fee.

3.5 How you pay.

3.6 Invoice. We email you an invoice in Arabic and English for every payment, including each automatic payment and each one-off charge (such as an extra edit), and a credit note for every refund. The invoice shows our name, address and contact details, our licence (registration) number, its date and serial number, a description of the service and the period it covers, and the price in UAE dirhams. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is shown. Your account shows your billing status, your current paid period and your invoices.

3.7 Price changes. A new price applies only from a payment period that starts at least 30 days after we email you about it. You may stop automatic renewal before it applies (section 13.3). During the 3-month minimum term of the monthly plan, your price does not change.

4. How you accept

4.1 You accept these terms by ticking two separate boxes on your offer page. Both are required, and neither is ticked in advance. The box reads: "I accept the Client Terms and the Privacy Notice, and I confirm that I am authorised to act for the business named in this offer." In the same box, the renewal sentence for the plan you choose follows, with that plan's price in place of {amount} and 3 in place of {min_months}. The monthly renewal sentence reads: "I agree that GetSuperWeb charges my card AED {amount} now, then AED {amount} every month starting one month after my website goes live, until I stop automatic renewal. The first {min_months} months are a minimum: if I stop earlier, the stop takes effect after month {min_months}." The yearly renewal sentence reads: "I agree that GetSuperWeb charges my card AED {amount} now, then AED {amount} every year starting one year after my website goes live, until I stop automatic renewal." The transfer box reads: "I agree that my personal data may be transferred outside the UAE to the providers and countries listed in Privacy Notice section 10, for the purposes it describes. I can withdraw this at any time." When you tick them, we record:

The versions shown on your offer page are the ones that apply to you. If the offer is updated while your page is open, you are asked to reload the page before you can accept, so that you always accept the offer as it is shown. You can withdraw your agreement in the transfer box at any time by emailing hello@getsuperweb.com. We then stop the transfers that rely on it and continue only those necessary to perform your contract (Privacy Notice section 10). Where a step cannot be done without it, we agree the next step with you.

4.2 You must give an email address when you accept. A WhatsApp number is optional.

4.3 By accepting, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business.

4.4 Offer availability. Your offer page shows the date and time until which it can be accepted. After that, the page no longer accepts the offer. You can still contact us, and we may reopen the offer or prepare a new one.

5. From payment to launch

5.1 Your GetSuperWeb account. Once your payment is confirmed, we email you an invitation to your GetSuperWeb account. You sign in with the email address you used when you accepted. We email you a one-time code; there is no password. The person with that email address is the account owner. In your account you:

Please do not type private details (such as ID or bank numbers) into the free-text boxes.

5.2 Preview. We then make a private preview of your website, built from your confirmed details, and show it in your account. We normally do this within 2 business days of your completing your details in the account.

5.3 Corrections before launch.

5.4 Your approval and your domain registration. When you are happy with the preview, you approve it in your account. We record your approval.

5.5 Go-live. After you approve, we register your chosen .com address in your name, connect it and switch on HTTPS. These steps run automatically once your approval and the agreements in section 5.4 are recorded; a person on our team steps in if a step needs checking. Your website is live when it opens over HTTPS on your address, and we email you then. We complete these steps within 3 business days of your approval. If someone else registers your chosen address before we do, we ask you, in your account and by email, to choose another, and the 3 business days start again when you choose it. If a different domain owner still has to agree (section 5.4), the 3 business days start when they do.

5.6 Registrar confirmation email. After registration, the domain registrar emails the domain owner asking them to confirm their contact details. The domain owner must click the link in that email within 15 days, or the registrar can suspend the domain. Your account shows this as a step for you, and our go-live email reminds you of it. While the confirmation is not recorded, we also remind the domain owner by email around 5 and 10 days after registration.

5.7 If you do not finish setting up or never approve. Your first paid month, or your first paid year on the annual plan, starts when your website goes live. If you have not approved your website within 60 days of paying, we remind you and offer a full refund. The order closes only if you accept the refund or ask us to close it.

6. Your content and your responsibilities

6.1 Your content.

6.2 Photos, and people shown or named.

6.3 As far as UAE law allows, if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you supplied and confirmed you had the right to use, you cover our reasonable, proven losses from that claim, in proportion to your responsibility. This does not apply to content we chose, wrote or sourced before your confirmation.

6.4 Your business details.

6.5 Removal. We remove any content from your site when you ask.

6.6 Emails from us. We send you the emails needed to deliver and run your service: your account invitation, set-up and approval reminders, previews, domain and go-live messages, payment receipts, invoices, notices about automatic payments (including annual renewal notices, failed payments and payments that need your confirmation), confirmations when you stop automatic renewal or cancel, messages about your change requests, monthly website reports, messages about email at your domain, brand-pack messages and other service notices. These are not marketing. If you reply STOP or unsubscribe, we stop marketing and promotional emails, but these service emails continue while you are a client. To stop them, end your plan (section 13). After your plan ends we still send the emails needed for anything that continues: email at your domain during its closing period (section 10.4), domain protection and handover, your export, refunds and legal notices.

7. What we do while your plan is paid

7.1 We host your website, keep HTTPS working, renew your domain (section 9), send your monthly website report, make your edits (section 8), provide email at your domain (section 10) and, on Business, the services in section 11.

7.2 We do not promise that your website will always be available, and we do not monitor its availability. Hosting and the internet can fail. If your website is not working, tell us and we fix it at no charge (section 13.2).

7.3 We do not promise any Google ranking, traffic, calls, messages or sales.

8. Edits after launch

8.1 Allowance. Essential includes 3 edits and Business includes 6 edits per 12 months, counted from the day your website goes live. The allowance starts again every 12 months. Unused edits do not carry over.

8.2 How edits are counted.

8.3 Not an edit. These never use up an edit:

The edit allowance covers ordinary website content.

8.4 How to ask, and how long it takes.

8.5 More edits.

8.6 Urgent removals. If something on your website must be removed urgently for security, legal or rights reasons (for example a rights complaint about a photo), we may remove that item without waiting for your request. We tell you when we do it and why. An urgent removal never uses up an edit.

8.7 Your starter logo.

9. Your domain

9.1 .com only. Your plan includes one .com address. It is registered in your name. You, or the person you name in your account as the domain owner, are the registrant and owner. The domain owner is also the domain's administrative and technical contact at the registrar. We are its billing contact, because we pay the registration and renewal fees (section 9.2).

9.2 Managing and renewing your domain.

9.3 Choosing your address. You choose one .com address in your account. We suggest addresses based on your business name and check each one with the .com registry; you can also type your own. We register it after you approve your website (section 5.5). If the address is registered by someone else before we register it for you, we ask you to choose again.

9.4 Other endings and your own address. A .ae address, any other ending, or an address you already own is not part of your plan. You can ask us about it in your account or by email, and we reply. We do not promise that we can offer it.

9.5 Handover.

9.6 When the service ends. When your plan ends for any reason, including a wind-down (section 13.7):

9.7 The registrar sends domain-expiry notices to the registrant email.

10. Email at your domain

10.1 Forwarding (both plans).

10.2 Professional mailbox.

10.3 Extra mailboxes.

10.4 Removal, suspension, ending and handover.

10.5 Use. Email at your domain is for your business's normal correspondence. It is not for bulk or marketing email.

11. Business services

11.1 Brand pack.

11.2 Google Business Profile help (only where your offer page lists it).

11.3 Timing when your plan changes.

12. Renewal, late payment and suspension

12.1 On the annual plan, we email you 30 days and 7 days before each automatic payment. On both plans, we email you a receipt after each automatic payment. Your first payment is confirmed by the email inviting you to your account (section 5.1).

12.2 (Reserved.)

12.3 We may suspend your website if a payment is still unpaid 7 days after the first time it failed because of your card (a decline, your bank asking you to confirm the payment, or a saved card that can no longer be used) and our retries (section 3.3) have not collected it, or, if no card is saved, 7 days after its due date. A payment that cannot be taken because of us or our systems never starts these 7 days, and we never suspend your website while such a problem is holding the payment. Time during which such a problem held the payment, or our automatic payments were paused, is not counted in these 7 days. Before we suspend, we tell you by email, and our emails about the payment give the earliest date on which your website may be paused. While it is suspended, visitors see a holding page instead of your website. When you pay what is due, including the current month if a new one has started, we bring it back. We do not charge for a month that falls entirely within the time your website was suspended. Your domain stays registered in your name. Free days given during a wind-down (section 13.7) are never a reason for suspension.

12.4 If the payment is still unpaid 30 days after we suspend your website, we may end the contract for non-payment after telling you by email (section 13.4). When we do, we cancel every payment not yet collected, including the unpaid payment and any remaining months of the minimum term. We do not claim them later, we do not bring the minimum term forward, and we charge nothing for any time after the end. Section 9.6 then applies to your domain.

12.5 Payments are charged automatically as described in section 3.3. A person decides each suspension and each ending; neither happens automatically.

12.6 No other suspension. We take your website offline only for non-payment (section 12.3) or when your service ends (section 13.6). If something on your website is clearly unlawful, or puts visitors or our systems at risk, we remove that item under section 8.6 and tell you what we removed and why; the rest of your website stays online. If your website as a whole is clearly unlawful, we may end the contract after notice (section 13.4). If a problem in our own systems makes your website unavailable, that is a fault on our side and section 13.2 applies.

13. Stopping, cancelling and refunds

13.1 Before go-live: full refund. Before your website goes live you can cancel, and we refund everything you paid. If you have not approved your website within 60 days of paying, we remind you and offer a full refund. The order closes only if you accept the refund or ask us to close it (section 5.7).

13.2 Your rights under UAE law. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights, and the minimum term (section 3.2) never limits them. In particular:

If our service is defective, incomplete, not as described, delayed so you cannot use it, or not as these terms say, tell us. We will fix it at no charge. If we have not fixed it within 10 business days, you may cancel straight away, even during the minimum term, and we refund the paid period affected, or the full price if the service never worked as described. No further payments are then charged. This is in addition to your rights under UAE law.

13.3 Stopping automatic renewal, and cancelling after go-live.

13.4 When we may end the contract. We may end the contract only:

We do not end the contract early for any other reason. If we close the service, the wind-down in section 13.7 applies. Your own rights to stop and cancel under 13.3 are the same or wider.

13.5 How refunds are paid. Refunds are paid back through Stripe to the card you paid with, or by bank transfer if that is not possible, within 10 business days (counted Monday to Friday; public holidays are not excluded) of the day the refund is owed. We ask Stripe for a card refund as soon as it is owed. A card refund counts as paid when Stripe confirms it; your bank may then take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. If a card refund is not confirmed in time or cannot be completed, we tell you and return the money another way, still within those 10 business days. A refund made another way counts as paid when we record the evidence of the payment. We record each refund against the payment it repays and make a credit note for it (section 3.6). If a payment is taken after a stop has taken effect or after your service has ended, we refund it automatically.

13.6 Your website, your export and your domain at the end.

13.7 If we close the service (wind-down).

14. Liability

14.1 As far as UAE law allows: (a) our total liability to you for all claims connected with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; and (b) we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses. This clause does not limit your refund rights in section 13, your rights under UAE consumer law, or liability for fraud or for wilful or grossly negligent acts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including for fraud, gross fault or harmful acts.

14.2 Events beyond our control. The rules of UAE law on impossibility of performance (DL 25/2025 Art. 236) and on exceptional circumstances (Art. 224) apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as the domain registrar's checks, someone else registering your chosen address first, Google's decisions, or waiting for your reply or a domain owner's agreement. In addition:

15. Changes to the service or to these terms

15.1 The version of these terms you accepted applies to you until a new version applies under 15.3.

15.2 We may change the service with notice only if the change improves it or is needed for a reason beyond our control (CR 66/2023 Art. 34(5)). No included feature is withdrawn during a paid period.

15.3 A new version applies to you only from the first payment period that starts at least 30 days after we email you notice of it. You may stop automatic renewal before it applies (section 13.3). During the 3-month minimum term of the monthly plan, the version you accepted continues to apply. Nothing in a new version changes a period you have already paid for.

16. Complaints and feedback

16.1 Send a complaint to complaints@getsuperweb.com. A person on our team acknowledges it by email within 2 business days and gives you a complaint reference number. We aim to resolve it within 10 business days. You can follow up by replying to our email. You can also complain to the competent consumer-protection authority.

16.2 You can rate your experience with us at getsuperweb.com/rate, or by email to hello@getsuperweb.com.

17. Privacy

17.1 Our Privacy Notice at getsuperweb.com/privacy (the version shown on your offer page) explains what personal data we collect, why, who processes it for us and what your rights are.

18. (Reserved)

19. Law and courts

19.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

19.2 Any dispute goes to the courts of Dubai. These terms contain no arbitration clause: UAE law does not allow one in a digital contract worth less than AED 50,000 (DL 14/2023 Art. 9(2)(b)).

19.3 This does not affect your right to complain to the competent consumer-protection authority.

20. Language

20.1 These terms are provided in Arabic and English. If the two texts differ, the Arabic text prevails. An offer can be accepted only once both texts are published.
